Acknowledgement emails are not being sent by the HQ or Branch
The HQ and Branch are syncing but the Branch is not receiving the acknowledgement emails from the HQ.  Other emails are getting through and test messages between the accounts arrive without error.

 

The same issue may be happening where the Branch is not sending acknowledgement emails to the HQ. 

 

The CoreTransport.log for the branch does NOT contain lines such as:

 

15/05 08:34:34:908 | 15008 | Ack received: AID: {64B7929B-484E-4ACC-AC5E-6EFFAB332787} SeqNo: {A5C198AC-8613-400F-B2AB-6B2313AD8F12} ErrorCode: 0

15/05 08:34:34:908 | 15008 | Delete file. {F0B09434-789E-4F1A-8C4A-038155D85BEA}

 

- The HQ CoreTrasnport.log shows these lines. 

 

"Transport | Send and Receive" on both sites are Default; 

E.g.

Send without confirmations 75, Send Messages every 1 minute. 

 

You may also see "Synchronization Partner not responding" within the Events node of the Collaboration Services console.
