原因
DL4300's ship with factory image that has not had any Windows Updates since the image was created. -
解决办法
Apply all windows updates on the DL4300 and the issue should be resolved (may require multiple reboots as there will most likely be 100's of updates so it is best to disable Core services and check Windows Updates until there is nothing left to install. The specific update to resolve the issue is .NET 4.6.2.
