Cannot connect to DirSyncPro and AD MigratorPro using http://FQDN:8080/ADPro/Dashboard or http://FQDN:8080/DirSyncPro/Dashboard either from a remote machine or on the DirSync server.
Using http://localhost:8080/DirSyncPro/Dashboard on the DirSync server works with no issues.
This is because, during the software installation, ''Windows Authentication'' was selected instead of SQL authentication.
To be able to use the FQDN and connect to the console remotely, the database must be installed using ''SQL Server Authentication'' with the SA account.
You will need to uninstall the software and then reinstall it, pointing to the existing database but connecting using SQL Server Authentication with the SA account.
All profiles, license information, etc., are stored in the database, so no information should be lost. However, if you have made custom changes to the file BinaryTree.DirSync.Exchange.exe, these will be overwritten, so make sure to create a copy of this file beforehand.
If you do choose to reinstall then you must ensure that you have a backup of the SQL database and if the DirSync server is a virtual server then take a snapshot in case a roll back is required.
