The Directory Connector is placing name of users in to the wrong fields. This is seen only when a user has multiple first names. Example Jack & Jill Hill would appear in AD as Jill, Jack Hill and the "&" would be the middle initial.
"Use display name from source when information from attributes are missing." check box is selected. This does not work with users with multiple names in name fields.
Uncheck the "Use display name from source when information from attributes are missing."
