Invalid credentials errors when trying to configure the shared folder option -
说明
When we specify an account in the shared folder configuration, we get an invalid credentials error, however the credentials are correct and has the required access. -
解决办法
Resolved in version 7.0.1 and later. It is highly recommended to upgrade to the latest release.
WORKAROUND:- Add the account used for the shared folder to the Local administrators on both the Change Auditor Server and the where the share folder resides
- if account is in both places try copying from the Administration tasks | Coordinator | Shared Folder, the UNC path to the report path on the report tab.
