Client changes the password for P365 Powershell, user and syncs failed due to Powershell session failing
The only way to recreate the user is to Null the PS User from the tenant table for the client as below and the start a Discovery and P365 will recreate the user
The PS User creds are stored in TenantOAuthTokenCache table and these are used in the sync to validate permissions and also need to be cleared otherwise errors such as the below will be logged :
Error validating Mailbox permission with credentials: The auth type used is Oauth; UserName is BinaryTreePowerShellUser.d3ae97de023c46419d7402011c11434xxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com against mailbox: AUSer@contoso.com with exception: The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.
B. Once the user has been created, attempt the sync again.
