We multiple users encountering a mailbox cutover error Cutover Source Error 70%. I checked and the user has a value in the distinguishedName attribute. Here is the strange thing, when I run the cutover again, some users complete the cutover without error, and others keep failing. What is causing this. I have a feeling this error may be a red herring.

The source contact object is being changed, and Power365 is not receiving these changes since the prepare was run. The cutover fails because it cannot find the contact based on the information it has. This info has changed.
The cutover uses the OU selected for contacts on the source environment, and generates a GUID for the CN part of the DN and the OU for the rest.
It's possible a valid OU was not selected for contacts in the source
It's possible there are changes being made to the object in the source after the the Prepare step was run for these users, and P365 is not receiving these updates.
This is caused by Reconcile not being enabled for source and/or target in P365 Directory Sync
If the mailbox cutover repeatedly fails, then review the source object and confirm it contains all required attributes,
If you notice the cutover fails, then is successful on the next attempted, then follow these steps:
Enable 'Reconcile' and have it run at least once a day.
Click the Waffle menu and select the Directory Sync application
Click the Hamburger menu and select Settings | Environments
Go to the source environment
Enable and run the Reconcile process
Run mailbox cutover again for affected user(s)
