To assist with troubleshooting issues encountered during a migration a page has been added to the Admin Interface called “Support Bundles”. Multiple bundles can be configured if required, each bundle consists of:
- Archive Shuttle and Enterprise Vault version information
- Archive Shuttle log files
The bundles can be generated, downloaded or sent directly to the Quadrotech FTP server for review by Support Engineers.
