Error:  The scheduled transfer of 'incremental' of 'volume letter' of 'Machine' was ignored because the relevant transfer is running the incremental is not running windows environment

The server is not backing up.  No current running task at the logs.  Force snapshot will display the same error.

That error indicates there is a transfer is already in progress for that agent.

If the tranfer is not appearing at the logs then this transfer is stock

To resolve, restart the core service.

To restart the core follows the instruction to properly shutdown the service.

Step 1. Pause all the protections

Step 2. Stop all the replication if there are.

Step 3. Make sure there is any running task.

     To verify these previous three steps, follow the steps below.

           At the left column of the core console, click on "Protected Machines"

           Select all the machines.

           Find the action button at the upper right corner of the screen.

           In there find the option "protection" and hit on pause.

           Find the option "replication” and hit on pause

           Find the option "cancel" and hit on "all operations".

Step 4. Stop the "AppAssure Core Service" at the Windows services.

           Use the command "services.msc" to open the Windows Services.

           Wait a few minutes for the service to stop, If after 15 minutes the core process has not stopped. Reboot the machine and follow the instruction at the Step 6

Step 5 Start the service.

Step 6. Resume; protection and replications
