A)
Ensure all parameters are entered correctly. Common errors include:
- Version numbers should be 3 digits long. i.e. 2.0.0, not 2.0
- If you have installed PDS, make sure you select pds-Motif or pds-shared, not All_products.
B)
Ensure your CPU id was reported accurately to our sales / license staff:
- confirm CPU id on fax / email sent to you with the actual id
- if ID is wrong send an email to Sales or License with:
o request for change of password due to bad CPU id
o bad CPU id and correct CPU id
o your XRT serial number
o Name, Company Name, Contact number
C)
XRT care expiry date is not the same as license expiry date:
- Permanent licenses do not have an expiry date
- Accept the default date field ( i.e.: 0000/00/00 )
- Expiry dates are only used in evaluation copies of XRT
- The care date is when your support contract runs out
