Multimedia and USB redirection (HP ThinClient - T5745) -
Description
Only for the HP Thinclient series (T5745), the USB redirection functionality (called as EOP Universal USB) and Multimedia Redirection are not working on the Thin client when connecting to the VDI infrastructure.

Cause
vWorkspace Client not compiled properly on the firmware.

Resolution
- As on this date (5th August, 2011), contact the HP vendor for this issue as they bundle / compile the vWorkspace client package on their firmware.

Additional Information
- Currently the issue is identified for the above series only. For other series of HP Thin client you may want to verify it as seen in the screenshots attached.
- Also note that the USB redirection is NOT supported on RD Session Host / Terminal Services.
