Adobe InDesign Seamless Window fails to drag palettes -
Description
If a user attempts to move the Title bar of a Window or Palette within Adobe InDesign in Microsoft or vWorkspace Seamless Mode to another location on the screen, the drag stops after a few inches.

This is caused due to an underlying Microsoft issue
