Wheel mouse scrolls 3 lines at a time and we draw each update

Workaround
On the Client, Open Control Panel | Mouse
Click on wheel and change the vertical scrolling to 1 line or 1 screen at a time.
Status
This has been logged so that we drop uneeded screen refreshes in a future release of vWorkspace.
