Description
Following the steps in the Admin Guide for "Autoexclude any USB Device" (pg 556 in 7.2.1) fails to autoexclude the device.

Cause
The main cause of this is vendors using improper ProductID codes, or mutli function devices (keyboards with finger print scanners, etc)

Please raise an enhancement request to have the product added.
Please provide exact make/model and the following:
• VendorID
• ProductID
• Revision
