SCVMM VDIs . When trying to suspend, restart, power off a VDI session it fails with message Action = suspend, Failed to start operation.
vWorkspace Connection Brokers have been upgraded but the Quest Broker Help Service has not been upgraded
Workaround
Upgrade the Broker Help Service on the SCVMM Server so it matches the Connection Broker version and the problem should be solved
