When logging into a VDI, the error message pops up "'Quest vworkspace licence count has been exceeded. you will not be able to logon at this time. please contact your administrator'" despite having plenty of licenses left.
This can happen when Port 8080 is blocked between the VDI and the Connection Broker.
Workaround
Change the Firewall Settings to allow communication from the VDI to the Connection broker on port 8080.
