<span class="normal">The "Span multiple monitors when in full screen mode" option causes display (58534)

With the "Span multiple monitors when in full screen mode" option set,

After switching from full screen mode (double click on connection bar) the display appears on one monitor and is degraded.

The display is set to a resolution that fits across both monitors.

With "Enable Smart Sizing" enabled, when switching from full screen mode, this resolution does not fit on a single monitor so the display appears squashed.

Workaround:

1. In AppPortal, Click Actions | Manage Connections

2. Click Display

3. Untick the  "Enable Smart Sizing" option.

4. Click OK.

This will not resize the desktop and will give the ability to scroll around the screen to see the rest of the display instead.
