After upgrading vWorkspace to 8.6.3 users immediately receive the message "Your active session has expired. Please log in to continue" and are unable to log in.
This seems to affect users that have more than 4 applications assigned to them. Users with less applications are able to log on without issue.
The website needs to be deleted and recreated in order to resolve the issue. Please ensure all settings have been documented before proceeding.
If the website cannot be immediately recreated then reducing the number of assigned managed applications to 3 or less should allow the user to log on.
This has been raised as a defect with the ID TFS 654000.
