When using AppPortal to connect through the SSL Gateway or Secure Access Service, users receive the error "A security error occurred"
This error can occur if your SSL Certificate has expired.
If only connecting through AppPortal, there is no obvious warning that the cert has expired.
1. Connect to the SSL Gateway Server
2. Open Control Panel
3. Open the Quest Secure Gateway (32-bit)
4. Click on the padlock
5, Check the Valid From and Valid to dates.
