After the uninstall process the user was not prompted to reboot or the prompt was ignored before AppPortal was reinstalled. This causes features such as EOP to be removed on next reboot.
Checking in Control Panel will confirm as there will be no vWorkspace applets (such as vWorkspace Universal Printer Client) visible.
Remove vWorkspace connector for windows from Programs and features. When complete, reboot the client computer even if not prompted to do so.
Once the client has rebooted the connector can then be reinstalled.
