More licenses used then physical hosts (78393)

The number of used CPUs is larger then the amount of physical sockets that are in your environment

To free up the licenses that would normally be extra follow this process:

**NOTE: Make sure all jos are stopped during this process or the will fail

1. Clear all the licenses
2. Hit ok
3. Go back in to find the Host that is using the extra license(s)
4. Remove the host creds of that host
5. Remove the license for that host
6. Re-add all licenses

This should free up the extra license(s).
