When upgrading to latest vRanger client, you get an "unable to connect to existing vRanger PRO database" dialogue prompt.
vRanger PRO database is stopped
1. Go to the run command and type "services.msc"
2. Scroll down and look "SQL Server (VRANGER PRO)" and make sure it is started if not started -right click and select start
3. Close services.msc windows and retry vRanger Installation package.
