The backup runs fine but no data is being written into the archives
Discover that customer VM name had a very long filename in the archive folder.
VM name was in long format.
After renaming the VM to short name format, it backed up fine.
Let's start with renaming a VM that is not high importance, just get rid of the FDQN and just keep the VM and test backup, if still does the 0 KB VAR file, then you have to rename the VM at the command line...
