After upgrade to vRanger 6.0 (Deutsch/German) on German OS email notifications no longer work.
*Note - Test emails do work however
This issue has been raised and has been assigned as a Defect. The cause is not yet known.
To resolve this issue, please download the attached zip file and follow the readme to replace the existing file with the new one.
This should fix the issue and as well, the issue will be fixed in the next release 6.0.1.
Note to all vRanger customers on German OS
If the prescribed solution does not resolve the email notification issue please note that there are only 2 options at this point.
* Note: It is recommended that you backup your vRanger Pro database before upgrading the application. (Page 38 of the vRanger 6.0 Installation Guide)
Option 1) Uninstall vRanger 6.0 and reinstall vRanger 5.5, then restore vRanger 5.5 Database via SQL Management Studio. See links below:

Non-Command Line Option:
Restore the old DB on top of the newly created blank DB
1. Stop the following services in the following order, vRanger API Service, vRanger FLR Service, and vRanger Service
2. Start SQL Management Studio and connect to the VRANGERPRO database
3. Right-click on vRangerPro DB, Point on Tasks, Point on Restore, and Click on Restore
4. Under "Source for restore" select the "From Device" radio button and press the "..."
5. Select the backup file of the backup that was performed (This may have to be moved from the location where it was backup to)
6. Click on Options on the left side and place a check in the Overwrite the existing database and click OK
7. Restart the services in the following order, vRanger Service, vRanger FLR Service, and vRanger API Service
8. Verify your vRanger configuration is still there now from the new DB and test running one of your jobs to confirm the DB move was successful
