When you modify a replication job or create a new job not all the target host are not showing up as an available target.
Connect to virtual center through the vSphere client you will see 1 host coming up as disconnected. The hosts that are above the disconnected host are the only available target hosts showing up.
Remove the disconnected host and refresh the inventory in vRanger. All the available Target hosts for replication will now show up.
