When using the vRanger 5.2 upgrade, the license key imports, but fails to pass validation. The problem does not seem to surface if using the full installer.
The key structure used for the validation mechanism was incorrect.
We are working to rectify the issue. A temporary license key file will be sent out to customer who have already downloaded vRanger 5.2 upgrade and are currently experiencing failed upgrade.
