Description

When attempting to perform a backup using vRanger version 5.0 the task fails with the error message:
Object reference not set to instance of an object
Symantec Endpoint 11 is installed on the vRanger machine
Cause

Defect in version 5.0 of vRanger
Resolution

Please upgrade to the latest version. The defect was fixed in version 5.2 of vRanger.
