A backup fails with the following error message: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Vizioncore support if the error persists. Error Message: There are currently no ports available for the status port monitor. Please reconfigure the range of ports available for status monitoring.
The cause of this is a known defect in vRanger 4.5.0
Upgrade to a later version version of vRanger or use the following workaround: Reboot the vRanger Server or restart the vRanger Services.
