When restoring a vm of the same name as original to Virtual Center, then trying to use a pre-existing vRanger backup job for that vm you may see the error: FATAL invalid_uuid invalid uuid format (at __main:247)
The restored VM has a new UUID and InventoryNodeVirtualizationObjectID (e.g. vm-20312) and the Original Backup Job is pointing to the VM that has different UUID and ObjectID. The issue will be resolved in a future build of vRanger; however, it can be resolved by recreating the backup job at the present time.
