When looking at the My Inventory view the ESX hosts appear but with incorrect names. Also, looking at the Tools>Options>Lincense>host names are incorrect and may show as unlicensed.
A ping by name from the command line resolves the ESX hosts to the correct IP.
A restart of the vRanger services resolves this issue. All host resolve correctly in My Inventory view and in Tools>Options>License>host
