Install of vRanger 5.4 fails with "vizioncore.vranger.client.shell.exe" could not run
This was a clean install of vRanger 5.4 on a machine that had old versions of vRanger that have been upgraded a few time. The installed vRanger version was uninstalled, the registry was cleaned, and the full installer of vRanger 5.4 was used to reinstall vRanger.
Because vRanger was upgraded a few time the Quest folder had some shell files that are not compatible or are corrupt.
The Quest folder was not removed during the uninstall.
To resolve this issue please delete the entire Quest folder and then simple run the installer again.
