Dynamic Disks are not being skipped when ABM is enabled (4043269)

ABM does not support Dynamic disks

Currently ABM is supposed to check for dynamic disks and fail out if the disk is dynamic.

This is not happening.

This has resulted in vRanger running not yet supported ABM backups and as a result the ABM backup producing a large var file and appears to be hung.

A code change in 5.3.0 has meant vRanger was not failing with Dynamic Disks because an environment variable was not set.

This has been corrected in 5.3.1.
