Upon editing an existing backup job or creating a new backup job, customer is seeing Un-Handled exception error on Could not convert Start Time. The string was not recognized as valid DateTime. There is a unknown word starting at index 6.
The language and locale of the vRanger server is EN-NZ and set to New Zealand.
The SQL express DB is local.
Currently this is known issue with the software code, and two workarounds are the followings:
Either Click Continue on the Exception error screen, then click Back and then Next and continue as normal creating a new or editing a existing backup job.
OR Change the language and locale from EN-NZ (New Zealand) to EN-US (US English).
Currently vRanger is only Localized for US-English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.
