User will need to install a tool to edit the vRanger database which is Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Backup the vRanger Pro database before making any changes.
PART 1
1. Download SSMS from Microsoft site.
2. Install it in the vRanger server
3. Backup the vRanger Pro database
PART 2
1. Stop the vRanger Service
2. Launch SSMS and login.
3. Search and Edit the dbo.inventorysourceconnection table
4. Find the cluster name in the address
5. Change is deleted to True
6. Start the vRanger service. The hyper-v or cluster should now be removed in the inventory.
