Cannot connect to service after upgrade (4041358)

Credentials used for vRanger do not have permissions to run the services.

This can happen even with a domain administrator.

Navigate to the services of the vRanger server.

Right click on the 'Dell vRanger Service'

Select 'Properties'

Select 'Log On'

Under 'Log on as'

Select 'Local System Account'

Select apply

Right click on 'Dell vRanger Service'

Select 'Start'

This should be performed on all vRanger services.

•  "Dell vRanger File Restore Service"
•  "Dell vRanger Catalog Service"
•  "Dell vRanger API Service"

vRanger should now start and connect to services.
