When backing up a physical server the following error is observed:
"Error: 2741 - FATAL disk_cant_read_detail DISK can't read \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy6 (The device is not ready.) [at loc_read_unsafe:681]"
Cause
Possible cause is workload on server is not allowing I/O freeze to occur.
Resolution
Reschedule backup Jobs to avoid contention caused by other scheduled tasks/workloads.
