The vRanger vm is trying to recreate the disk for the replication even though it already exists (this replication was skipping the replication of the 2nd of 4 disks).
Please compare the scsi device nodes of the source to the scsi device nodes of the replica. To do this please follow the steps below.
1. Find the VM via the vSphere client and right click choosing Edit Settings
2. Highlight Hard Disk x and on the right side of the property's page you will see the Virtual Device Node dropdown
3. Compare these settings to the same disk settings of the replica VM
4. Change to make the settings of each disk on the replica identical to the source VM
5. Rerun the replication, disks should rehash and the replication job should complete correctly
