"Please enter the valid location of the manifest file" message during Restore from Manifest
Description

Savepoint files exist and look valid. Credentials are verified. Path is browseable.

When SP is selected and 'Add' button is clicked, error message (exclamation mark next to 'Browse' button) is displayed:
"Please enter the valid location of the manifest file".
Cause

metadata files were edited and saved as Unicode.
Resolution

Open the metadata files in a text editor and save files in ASCII mode. Size will be twice less.
