vRanger 6.1 installed at physical level (physical server) not keep the license information, when the application is closed, re-started, or stopped.
Vcenter has an issue being added license by hostname. Starting in vRanger 6.1 license key is stored on the Windows Registry, currently at vRanger DB only the dbo LicenseFeatureHost table is used, for determining what features are set. It seems that using FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) no let's to keep the license information, which promotes, that every time that vRanger is stopped, close it, or disconnected, the license information goes missing in the GUI of vRanger 6.1 Physical License Feature Checkboxes become unchecked after service restart
To avoid the license missing problem, (license information not retained at VC) instead the use of FQDN try to use IP address to identify the server at VCenter.
If both was added to the VC using FQDN and IP and after this the license fails when the application is closed, rebooted, or disconnected.
(Reasson: Bothwould not connect until you allowed your domain user to run as service on the VC)
To enable Start | AllPrograms | AdminTools | LocalSecurityPolicy | UserRightsAssignment | LogOnAsService | Add MyDomainUser) then add Agent by both IP and FQDN.
Re-boot the physical server and check .
