The snapshot is taking longer to create and vRanger is timing out.
1. Remove the snapshot that is running on the VM using the vSphere client
2. On the vRanger computer, open Windows Explorer and go to the installation directory of vRanger (default: c:\program files\Quest Software\vRanger)
3. Browse the Service folder and edit the file Vizioncore.vRanger.Service.exe.config in Notepad
4. Change the entry <add key="InventoryLoadTimeout" value="300"/> to a value of 600
- this will set the timeout to 10 minutes, may need to be adjusted to something larger
5. Save the file
6. Restart the vRanger services.
