When you install vRanger you get an error after setting up the database during the installation that says
vRanger Service failed to install. -Reason: false
Follow these steps to correct the installation issue:
1. Log into the vRanger machine as a local administrator
2. On the page where you add and verify the credentials to be used for vRanger leave the domain blank and just enter the username and password.
3. Run through the vRanger installation process and this time it should complete successfully.
