Error: 3201 - can't open [datastore] xxxx/xxxxx.vmdk - on quiesced backup after upgrade to 6.0.1 (4034915)

Quiesced backups no longer work after upgrading to vRanger 6.0.1 with ESXi 5.0

Note: This issue only occurs when running vRanger 6.0.1 and backing up VM's on an ESXi 5.0 host.

All other combinations of vRanger and ESX(i) do not have this issue.

A change in vSphere 5.1 created a need to change the snapshot process vRanger uses to include memory.

This was required to make vranger work with vSphere 5.1.

This change has made quiescing of VM's on an ESXi 5.0 host unavailable.

Previously the following workaround was used to get Quiesced backups working.

WORKAROUND

Roll back to vRanger 6.0 - this issue is not present in vRanger 6.0
