Cause
If vranger is installed using a local admin account, and that account is changed after vRanger is uninstalled, you must use SQL authentication for the database installer for both vRanger and Cataloging when you reinstall vRanger.

If the account does not have access to the database, you need to grant that account admin access to the SQL instance for installation second local admin
