Issues in determining the name for scripting purposes, the VAR file name randomly contained the word "flat"

Cause
The environment contained ESX classic hosts and therefore used COS transport, this transport mode will generate a VAR name with the word "flat" in the name.
server_Number_Date_Server_Number_-flat_vmdk.var
VDDK transport mode does not use flat in the name
server_Number_Date_Server_Number_vmdk.var
