Backups fail with Reason: Failed to get snapshot information for VM with ID 'vm-XXXX'.
Description

When attempting to backup VMs with vRanger 6.0, the following error is seen:

"Initialization of Backup Job Task failed for VM: VM_NAME. Reason: Failed to get snapshot information for VM with ID 'vm-XXXX'."
Cause

A possible cause of this is the virtual machine(s) reside on ESX 3.5 hosts, this host version has not been supported since vRanger 5.2.3
Resolution

Upgrade hosts to 4.x or 5.x

OR

Install vRanger 5.2.3
