Failed upgrade from 7.5.1 to 7.6.4, specified cast is not valid when starting service -
Description
After performing an upgrade of the vRanger application, you may experience the following errors:
- The upgrade itself claimed to be successful & the services started.
- Cannot open the UI. It fails with the error "Cannot connect to service"
- Opening the vRanger service using the debug mode fails with the error "the specified cast is not valid"
