Description
Failed to connect to remote Power Shell server ServerName. Exception: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot complete the operation within the time specified. Check if the machine name is valid and is reachable over the network and firewall exception for Windows Remote Management service is enabled. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
Make sure that the server is reachable. Verify that the Windows PowerShell 2 is installed and the account used for the test execution has sufficient rights to connect to remote PowerShell server. -
Cause
Powershell running throught IIS is not responding in a timely fashion on the Exchange server

Resolution
On the Exchange server that this is failing you will need to Restart IIS. We recommend to do this off hours as all connections to that server will be temporarily disconnected.
