Description
After upgrading from Spotlight on Messaging 7.6 to 7.7, subscriptions no longer work, and the following error is received:
“Unexpected Error encountered while generating the subscription. A detailed error message can be found in the application event log of the Web Reports server. (Error Code: 0x800401F3)”
The following appears in the application log:
“Error, Source: QSchedExec, Event ID:1, Description: Unable to locate subscription loader registration. HKLM\Software\Quest Software\applicationname\ClientDB\WebReportsVersion not set correctly”
The value for that registry key at the customer is “QSWebWitard19”.
