When running the Mailbox Logon Test, a Mapi error is being produced (hr=8004010f) (4340760)

Attempting to run some of the diagnostic tests from the SOE Topology Viewer but the Mailbox Logon Test receives the below error even though Outlook is installed, configured with a valid profile and has been logged on at least once.
