Exchange Storage Health test not completing when run against an Exchange 2003 server with an inactive Recovery Storage Group.
The Details of the failed entry in the Test Results show that it's trying to contact retrieve information on athe folder where the transaction log files would be stored.
The Recovery Storage Group is inactive and the Transaction Log Files folder has been deleted.
RESOLUTION 1.
Delete the entire Recovery Storage Group in Exchange System Manager
RESOLUTION 2.
Setup Exchange Storgae Health so that it does not monitor against the specific item
